@Lisablack

Hi Lisa,

If you display the Trial Balance report on the screen, then click on the Insert/Modify tab at the top of the window, then click the Show/Hide option.

This will allow you to include the Account No. on the report.

Hope this helps,

Alan

Re: Account Right 2017.2

Hi @Sue18

I just tried it on both my own company file and the Clearwater sample file and it seemed to work fine for me.  Can I assume that you are seeing the account numbers when the report is displayed on the screen, but they are not appearing in Excel?

Hi @Sue18

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a wealth of knowledge

After adding that accounts numbers column to that report, select another tab i.e. Filters or Print Preview before selecting to send to Excel. This will ensure that the added column is included in the report and added to the Excel export.

Kind Regards,
Steven
