Cannot confirm company file

I upgraded one of my customers data file and I am now unable to confirm the company file. I have loads of work to do for this customer and since the online cloud version there has been endless issues with MYOB. Why do you try to fix something that didnt need fixing. The older MYOB files seemed to have very few issues, yet now if the internet is slow or you click onto MYOB sometimes it takes ages to proceed to do a task.

If you haven't already confirmed your file, do try to attempt to confirm the company file using the Confirm Online option now.


If you are still having trouble confirming that company file, can you send me a private message on this Forum with your product serial number and the version of the program you are using.

You can send me a private message on the Forum by selecting my username i.e. @Steven_M and selecting Send a Message (right-hand side)
