901 Tax letters

Accountants Office uses 901 letters as stationery for tax payments. These letters are no longer available from IRD. What is the work around please and why is Classic still showing this as an option when the stationery is no longer available. This was a post in 2015 and MYOB answered saying the stationery was still available at that time, but now it is definitely not available and hasn't been for some time as I have asked my Tax Agent Manager at the IRD. So can you please tell me what other Accountants are doing to inform their clients of their tax payments due? Thanks

Re: 901 Tax letters

Hi Jksnz

The IRD stationery are no longer used for 901 letters. Myob templates has been changed to reflect the IRD no longer accepting cheques as a form of payment. From now on please use plain paper or your own letterhead paper to print 901 letters.
