new staff cannot access client Essentials file through AE "Live" gizmo

I have a new staff member, and he cant access a clients data file to do any work.  Very frustrating. 

I logged a call, that looks like 3 days.

I tried to live chat, but this seems to be broken too

does anyone have any silver bullets for me????

  • Hi Brendan,

     

    Presuming you've given the user a my.myob account etc. then it might be permissions.

     

    From some instructions i have:

    1. Partner Administrator logs into my.myob.com.au
    2. Click MY ACCOUNT then MANAGE ONLINE FILE ACCESS
    3. Follow the instructions provided on the web page to assign employees to files or files to employees.

    I think this is a new 'feature' for new essentials files.
