Hi Brendan,
Presuming you've given the user a my.myob account etc. then it might be permissions.
From some instructions i have:
- Partner Administrator logs into my.myob.com.au
- Click MY ACCOUNT then MANAGE ONLINE FILE ACCESS
- Follow the instructions provided on the web page to assign employees to files or files to employees.
I think this is a new 'feature' for new essentials files.
