I can't log into MYOB essentials

I'm trying to log into MYOB essentials, I can see essentials had a name change to Business Payroll Only.

I have been charged $12 each month, but when I try to log in there is no company file listed.

If I try to log into the new Business Payroll Only it comes up with a subscription set up,  and new charges of $9.

Please assist.

    Thanks for your post. There are some reasons why you won't be able to see the file when you are trying to login. The first one is that your email address is not invited to the file, if you are invited to the file, it might be due to your user role and lastly, please be sure to login to app.myob.com to access the file.
