I have cleared the browser cache. No change. I have tried a different device. No change.
My items to sell are there but when I click to add to an invoice the above error message keeps coming up. Only stating since the latest Essentials Upgrade.

I understand that you are having an issue in adding an item to an invoice and you keep on receiving an error message. I have checked on your account and could you please log out and log back in and try to add an item to your invoice? Let me know how you go on this.
