Payroll with MYOB Essentials
we have called the support team 60mins waiting and all they keep telling us they are working on it, All we want to know when will it be fixed surely there IT people know, and The Payroll Essential you go to create a payrun and do your normal thing and it brings up a error message and they have told us might be fixed by 5pm today ...... we have staff that are not at all happy as we can not process the pays for today and we can not get into the back ground to over ride it and do it manual.... our staff and us are not at all happy and this is not the first time this has happened... seriously looking at other payroll providers as this is happening way too many time for us to trust the system.
