Payroll with MYOB Essentials

we have called the support team 60mins waiting  and all they keep telling us they are working on it, All we want to know when will it be fixed surely there IT people know,  and The Payroll Essential ...

Yeah i asked them they said NZ time and you are so right there... is MYOB giving us a credit on our account for all this time wasting, I have asked for a call back and i will be checking every hour
