Payroll with MYOB Essentials

we have called the support team 60mins waiting  and all they keep telling us they are working on it, All we want to know when will it be fixed surely there IT people know,  and The Payroll Essential ...

Actually, last updates were 11:25am. Do you think they will fix the issue by 5pm? Hopefully.

Let us hope! as they are not the ones having to deal with staff that want to get paid  :(
