MYOB Essentials NZ offline

When will the upgrade of MYOB Essentials be completed.  Been told that this would happen from 15th to 19th December 2023 and have been offline more than online (every day of and on) and yesterday and today has been the abolsute worst, cannot even log on any longer.

 

This is becoming urgent now - anyone have any information?

      Hi Mike

       

      I have 2 businesses linked and am now only able to log in to the one that was upgraded a few months ago.  

      The other business is inaccessible - cannot even switch to the 2nd one.

       

      This has occurred previously as mentioned when I ws given the timeframe for the upgrade from MYOB Essentials to MYOB Business, but the upgrade never took place.

       

      I have emailed MYOB for support and have had no response.
