Using online file in offline mode

Hi Team,

I have a question.

How to use company file (online) in offline mode?
As we need to train new employee and do not want them to touch any online files without getting proper training first.

Thank you.

Thanks for your post. If you don't want the user to make any changes to an existing online file, you could take a back up of the online file. Restore the back up locally (offline) and name it slightly different so that you can identify which is the offline and online file and then test on the back up offline file.

Do let me know if you have any further questions.
