Online BPAY

Our business has just been approved online payments. I notice on the invoice sent to Customers the bpay section has no numbers in it. Is this not an option in MYOB Business?

  • Well its all good. I went back in and viewed an invoice and there is a bpay and reference number attached.

    Must be gremilins in the system. Wasn't there when I first looked. :)

      Watch out as the Bpay logo is along side all the other online payment options. When you click the apply surcharge apparently it doesnt apply to Bpay and you will get a bit of a suprise on your next MYOB invoice as you have to pay a huge fee to use the service.
