MYOB problems

Well, I am still having big problems.  They were fixed by a support team,it took nearly an hour.  When I went back in to work on the Company file I could not locate it. Very frustrating .

When on the Welcome Window, when you first open the AccountEdge program, you have the Open function, selecting this option will open the last company file that you have selected. If that company file is not the open you are needing to open you can select Browse and then navigate to the required file to open.

 

AccountEdge company files are typically stored in the Documents/AccountEdge version folder i.e. AccountEdge Pro 18 AU. If the company file is not stored in that location, we can offer limit support as it has been moved to a different location anywhere on the computer. 


If the current copy of the company file is not able to be located you can could look at restoring your latest backup. This is done through the Company File Maintenance>>Restore function to restore the current company file.
