Writing off time with no nominal code and set

Hi

 

We are trying to write off some audit time from many years ago in MYOB Accountants Enterprise.

 

However, we also ceased doing audit work a few years ago and in Maintenance - Ledger Maintenance - Nominal Codes - Data Entry Codes Available for Company, the audit codes that had been used are now showing "None" in the Nominal column (see attached).

 

Please advise how we can now write off this time.

    Hi JoannaHD 

     

    In order to post a bill where you're writing off audit time, the codes that you listed would need to have a nominal code linked to them i.e. 194-01 Fees - Time Bille; otherwise you won't be able to complete the posting process.
