Record BAS Liability

I have in the Bank statement in the withdrawal column the amount of 2,500 - Bpay – ATO July BAS. How can I record it in Myob? I got an advice saying to offset the payment against the BAS liabilities that were outstanding at the beginning of the month. If someone can help me, I would appreciate it alot.

If you are still unsure on which accounts to use I would recommend talking to your accounting advisor.
