How do I use my invoice templates from AR desktop with AR online?

I do not want to design new ones if I can avoid it and the online template will not let me put:

1. Logo in the centre of the page

2. My Terms and conditions.

3. Specific points

4. I can not remove unwated items.

AR desktop is a lot more user friendly but I want to be able to attach documents to the invoice when sending as this has beena very time consuming issue with the desktop version.

Appreciate some help please
