As it is our local bank account numbers are mostly 10 digits, and don't always start with 1. Therefore we would like to suggest MYOB Evolution support to increase the character limit in the Bank account field of Cards to 10.
This will allow us to use the electronic payment processing function, which is currently not feasable for us, since we cannot maintain the correct bank account numbers for our suppliers in our system.
Furthermore, not having the correct/complete account numbers deteriorates the efficiency of our payment process as we now have to maintain a separate schedule of Supplier bank account masterdata for cross-checking.
