Hi,
I am an admin user and just granted other user the access to changing supplier details when she asked for access to setup supplier email address for remittance advice (on the same tab as supplier bank details unfortunately). How can I receive notification if someone changes supplier bank details? Note: we have our company file on local server.
It is an essential security mechanism.

With the new ID numbers that have been issued from the ATO and are being used by child services and centrelink, there should be the option to add this into the staff payslips. Can this be looked at as its rather important!

Have the Employee auto-select and Employee End Date auto-fill when you enter a termination date on their card.
That way i just need to see the "Notify the ATO" button is active and review the terminations before Notifying rather than writing the dates down and/or swapping between screens to enter the dates.
Also, when a date is currently entered manually why doesn't the Employee auto-select. Makes it a 2 step process rather than 1.

We have 1736 pre-conversion supplier entries to data enter manually - this seems like something very simple that clients should be able to import into MYOB. I dont understand how this is not possible already. So my idea is MYOB please allow importing of pre-conversion supplier and client balances!

The card transaction (accrual) report in Accountright has the possibility of show/hide many fields such as address, phone number, etc however, email address is not one of them.
It is crucial to be able to run a transaction report and know if we hold the email address for each of our donors, customers, etc.

I am finding, that when I enter in a new customer in the card file ... I sometime accidently hit Cancel instead of the OK ... I don't know I have done this until search for the customer detail and they are not there! Ahhhhh. Would you please put in my vote to move the two buttons further appart and or, add a prompt to ask "are you sure you want to cancel?"

Can there be a warning when vital information is missing from an employees card - eg Tax File Number or Superannuation Fund or Superannuation not ticked. If the superannuation is not ticked it is not calculated and if this is missed accidently in an organisation with a large number of employees it can be missed for months or years if the employee doesn't check their super. There is a warning when the ABN is not entered or is incorrect, why can't we have warnings for vital information for employees.

We need to create a list of our customers designated as "company" as opposed to the others designated as "individual". I can't seem to find a way to do this without manually setting an identifier or adding each card to a custom list one by one. With over 5,000 cards this wouldn't be feasible.

Would it be possible to have two time billing rates for employees in their Card File? One which is GST inclusive and the existing GST exclusive rate.
An issue I have is that when I create time billing invoices, the rate showing on the invoice will have multiple decimal points in it rather than the exact GST inclusive rate.
For example, if a consultant has a GST inclusive billing rate of $200, then in the consultants card file I have to put the rate as GST EXclusive, so I put 181.818181. But when that rate flows through to the final invoice when it is created the rates for each entry show as $199.999. I then have to go through the invoice and manually adjust each entry to read the correct billing rate of $200 exactly.

It would be useful if on the supplier card there was a check box next to ABN that would indicate that a statement by supplier is held and therefore you dont get the message every time you process a purchase.
Also a way of keeping them linked to the supplier similar to the way invoices can be linked.
