No email form template available in Invoice App

MYOB Business Lite account.

When attempting to email an invoice, using MYOB Invoice App, I'm repeatedly met with No Template Here, Personalise your invoices by creating templates in Essentials.  There are Templates in Essentials, and I have no problem emailing invoices from a Browser.  Deleted and reloaded App = no joy.

Any suggestions welcomed!

Welcome to the Community Forum. Which layout are you using when emailing the invoices from the app?

If you have created a template to use for emailing invoices, the layout of the invoice chosen on the app also needs to match to the template used on the browser.
