Assistance from MYOB

 What do you do when need to upgrade  payroll and contact MYOB  and advised that this will be done in 10-15 minutes at the latest and 2 hours later still no upgrade and wages need to be paid?

Generally, with upgrades to New Zealand Payroll (Desktop) once the upgrade is available (i.e. it has been purchased) the billing contact will receive an email to indicate that the serial number has been upgraded along with the Tax Invoice and information relating to the new upgrade.


After you have received that email you would be looking at installing the desired version of the software on your computer and upgrading/open the payroll file on your computer to be used in the new version.
