Subscription fee - cost increase?

Has there been a subscription fee increase? Our bank has been debited an increased monthly fee - We have not received any notification of an increase and I am unable to access any information in our administration login.... please explain....

Thanks for your post. As of September 1st 2022 there was a price adjustment, information would have been sent out to the primary contact of the account. Further Information on this and a direct contact channel if you have any further questions is available here

 

In regards to the administrator information, can you please provide me with some more information on what you're trying to access so I can assist further.
