The sick leave is linked to the correct ATO reporting category, so that is not the issue. Do you think I should remove the sick leave category and then re-add it to see if that fixes the issue? Payroll problem When running payroll on Essentials ,I get this error message when attempting to send payroll inofrmation to the ATO: An unrecognised error occurred - EmployeePaymentTemplateHourlyWagesLine_EntitlementPayrollCategoryMissing I have searched everywhere and cannot find a solution, can anyone help please and as such cannot complete the payroll run.
