Now, we either have to go into the receipt button off the Sales screen, find it because it's always at the bottom of a very long list, print it, scan it and then email it OR open the client card, click email, type the email letting them know we got their payment and thanking them and send it, before exiting back to the Receive Payment screen to process the payment. So that you can just say "But you accepted the access".. no responsibility being taken by MYOB? MYOB lost all of our staff tax records to a hacker in the past... if you think I trust a third party to have access to our accounts, when you couldn't keep it safe, you are delusional. We already lost all our employee tax data in a breach about 5 years ago because MYOB were hacked. This is not acceptable MYOB and neither is your lack of response to this thread. You need to respond and you need to fix this otherwise we have no option but to go back to lodging directly with ATO.. giving us one less reason to use your product. This should be a one way portal, MYOB sends information to ATO and no backwards access and it shouldn't be going through a 3rd party, where you have no capacity to monitor or protect the data.
