Regards Alun Hassall Re: GST number of invoices No Earl_HD. No one is talking about the GST amount, except you. In NZ, Invoices from a GST-registered business must show the business's GST registration number. Ideally, it should be shown like this "GST Number 123-456-789". Currently, in MYOB Business it shows like this "123456789". I have taken your suggestion of posting this on the MYOB Product Ideas Page here. Regards Alun Re: Formatting of GST Number on Invoices for NZ files Formatting of GST Number on Invoices for NZ files The business's GST Number shows on its invoices as an unformatted 9-digit number under the business address. This is inadequate because it is not obvious what these digits are. It needs to have the words "GST Number" in front of it and preferably formatted with a dash "-" between each group of 3 digits. Re: GST number of invoices I fully agree with AliHug. Having a 9-digit number under the business address is inadequate. It needs to have the words "GST Number" in front of it, and preferably formatted with a dash "-" between each group of 3 digits. Re: Need a bigger dropdown list for accounts when coding transactions Screenshots? OK, well in the orginal post there was a screenshot from coding a transaction from the Banking screen. The dropdown list is so small that shows only 3 ledger accounts. Below is a screenshot, from entering a General Journal. The small dropdown list shows only 4 ledger accounts. A drop-down list showing 10-12 accounts would be much better. Need a bigger dropdown list for accounts when coding transactions When coding bank transactions the drop-down list for accounts is ridiculously small. At best only three accounts are visible. That is not very helpful when trying to scroll around to find the account you need. A drop-down list showing 10-12 accounts would be much better. For comparison, Xero shows six accounts in its drop-down list.
