Online payments - BPay. Why does it take so long sometimes to find a possible match for a batch payment. Sometimes instant, sometimes DAYS go by! Another issue is that 3 clients paid on the same day - only 1 out of 3 clients were matched - and receipted. I can't manually receipt the whole amount because one has already been completed. Please don't reply with a stock answer. I have been waiting on hold on the chat help line for ages.
