I feel like MYOB is really missing out on input from CCs into product development!
Many years ago I was part of the Partner Advisory Group for about 5 yrs - we were used to provide feedback on new features or releases from our experience over many years at the coal face - this has not happened for many years and I feel like the Myob Products are less effective as a result and workflows are more clunky - I really appreciated my long call with Amanda MYOB today who I believe is a moderator on this forum - Please Myob put thought into how you can use your long term Certified Consultants to continue to improve your product offerings - Thanks GeoffreyRe: Cards: Increase character limit in the notes field
Ditto Karen11 - Keeping track of changes on Employee settings is ideally kept in the Myob file so easily to hand with suitable, easy to access log of changes - I am having to train clients to keep a note outside myob to track these changes - this is very in efficient - Myob strategy is to include what is needed within the program rather than needing to add another system outside - this is a request that has been outstanding for over 10 years - in programming terms increasing the character limit in this field form 300? to 3,000 should be a simple change with a scrolling field - Amanda if you are still with Myob can you please let us know what is happening in order to feel motivated to invest the time in providing feedback by knowing the the effort is again worth the effort in this new "responsive" forum - Thanks and Happy Christmas - this change would be a great Christmas present even if a little late - GeoffreyRe: Use black rather than gray in data fields to make more easy to read - Status changed to: Open

In view of the increasing number of missing bank feed transactions, is it feasible to have some sort of log of incidents by bank and date range so that when the bank rec won't reconcile we know where to look to see if it is a missing bank feed transaction before we spend time looking at other issues? or doing a full manual bank reconciliation? In a recent post I tagged all the options and received an error message that I had exceeded the number of tage allowed - so I reduced to two and still got the error message! - it asks to tag with at least one tag which implies that two or more are preferable - please check and fix Thanks
