Hello Mike I can understand that you want to remind everyone to be respectful about their comments on the changes - but you need to understand that your clients (us - the customer) we pay good money for this program and it is a humongous problem when you have staff that now have access to "Strictly Confidential" information for Employees and Company Financials (as previously mentioned by myself and others). If this isn't removed and changed back to the way it was in April - we will also be looking at changing to another form of Accounting Software (and we have 7 companies using MYOB ) I dont think MYOB thought about the ramifications of these changes before implementing them - which is rather unprofessional considering MYOB - Mind your own business.128Views6likes0CommentsRe: MYOB AccountRight Command Centre Changes
Hi MYOB Back again - I would also like to point out that the Finances and Employees details in a company are "Strictly Confidential" and should be treated as such. MYOB what are you doing? These should not be able to be accessed by anyone and everyone - Please change back to the old Command Centre - otherwise you will need to be able to remove the new icons or have them available to only those with permissions. Amanda - I have left a comment about my dislike for the new changes - but I forgot to point out that me being the Finance & HR Manager is all good an well with all the new links (which I dont want) - but we have 3 other girls in the office who only input data and they really don't need to have access to the financials of the company which show the outstanding creditors and debtors, nor do they need access to employees details. Sorry - but this needs to be corrected as it is a case of "privacy". These are the worst changes you have ever made to the Command Centre screens. Why fix what isnt broken - apart from the screen being too hard to read - it is way too cluttered. Please go back to the normal old command centre screen180Views10likes0Comments
