thanks Celia I very much like the onboarding funtion and understand your reply but I can't just add this information to the employee card, it needs to be answered by the employee for future reference and accountabilitiy. I will and have worked around this. I'm hoping myob will consider adding this functionality of a new field or option to the onboarding process for completeness. Is there a fix in myob that a field can be added/customised with the onboarding paperwork so the employee will complete as part of the original onboarding pack?
