Previously I could go to my sent items in outlook and they would confirm I have sent the payslips. There seems to be some sort of change in how the payslips are sent from MYOB. I am not getting any confirmation in my sent emails in outlook and only a few employees have confirmed they have received their payslips. Can you please help me with this. Thank you Inventory We are having trouble with our inventory COG. Unfortunately MYOB is calculating the wrong COGS when a sale has taken place on one particular item (that I know of). This has caused a value to be still in the inventory detail item report but no items in stock. Although the inventroy reconciliation report is showing the correct value and item amount as "0". I do not know how to correct this wrong COG entries and get the inventory detail item report to show '0" value and "0" SOH. The correct COGS is $5.96 which changes on the 14/11/2023 and MYOB is calculating the wrong COG values from this date. See the attached report. Re: Negative values in inventory Thank you for your response below, There are 3 items with negative on hand values in the Inventory>>Item List>>Inventoried tab with a lot of decimal places. All of these items have a $0 balance in the Inventory Value Reconciliation report. How can we get rid of the negative amount of stock in these items? There are no invalid amounts in the Inventory Value Reconciliation report. Re: Negative values in inventory Last 4 digits are 7410 and file ID 2. This is a server file and it is not online. You have instructed a previous user to go into MYOB Payroll Payroll reports and timesheets. I have done this but it does not include any clock on or clock off information only total hours worked in a day. Is the clock on and clock off information not available anymore? Our company uses AccountRight Thanks negative inventory Can you please advise how I can put a warning preference in place to stop users from entering sales invoices that put inventory stock into negative. Since using the upgrade Accountright 2020 it allows these sales to be processed. Thanks Solved
