We have to spend more money to get back functionality that we had before. This solution does not cater to companies that use external companies to run their payroll. Re: Cannot add or amend employee card Hi Princess, apparently we need to upgrade from AccountRight Standard to AccountRight Plus in order to get Payroll in order to add or amend Employee cards. As our payroll is handled by an external company this is a useless feature for us. The only reason I need to add an Employee card is so that our new employee can access our Warehousing software which backs onto Myob. Thank you, Ann. In the 10 years I have been using Accountright, I have always been able to add or amend Employee cards despite not running payroll from here. Now suddenly, Accountright crashes when I try to add a new staff member. Our accountant has the same problem. Can you please tell me how to fix this? Thanks Ann.
