Doreen it is impossible to send a screenshot without sensitive info but you should easily be able to check this on your side of things. the red x comes up the the system simply will not process the super until we uncheck that employee so that one doesn't get paid through your system.22Views0likes0CommentsRe: TFN not required for under 18 year olds
Hi Princess, we too are having this issue. The employee has applied for a TFN even though he doesn't need one as under 18 but the SGC deadline is approaching and we are unable to process the super as we have entered the 333 333 333. Hi Earl, I am having this same issue with v19.10 since the MYOB AccountRight upgrade to 2023.3.0 came out two weeks ago. (Most of our files are 2023 and in the cloud but we have an old v19 that we keep on the server as we use multi-currency in that one and no payroll).
