At this stage the pay rate is the same. On one contract she is on permanent and entitled to annual leave. The other contract is seasonal for a couple of extra days a week for 3 months. We are just trying to find out the best way to load her in the system. It makes it diificult with holiday pay and stats although as Jennifer said if I do them as two different employee codes I run into problems with tax. So maybe i should just do them on one and then look at the amount of HP rather than annual leave owing. I have created a csv file for one of my batches imported it and printed it but how do I get it into my payroll. When I go to process pays none of the time sheet information is there.
