Happy New Year! I have started to setup Microsoft Teams in ARL and only realised that the timesheets option offered in Locations only works with MYOB Business Pro. Software gave me the option, even though I don't have a Business Pro subscription. Added an approving manager which was fine but then realised I couldn't add employees. So finally on some searching found the Getting Started with MYOB Teams. Deleted the location that had the timesheets option, added a new one with Clock On, Clock Off Mobile. But now I can't add an approving manager to the new location. Software advises there aren't any employees to choose. HELP PLEASE !!!! Hi, I use piece rate so the number entered in hrs column can be greater then 100. When using the desktop version i can enter a number greater then 100 but when using the online version i cannot enter a number greater than 100. Hello, Looking for assistance with the following: 1.When timesheets are ready for approval and contain "NOTES", how do I view the entire note? 2. When running a timesheet report, am I able to filter the report within a specific period? From what I see, a report can only be run on one particular date. An "unprocessed timesheet" however, includes a filter with a "from" and "to" date. 3. Can a timesheet report be created whilst the approval status is still pending? Hi I am setting up MYOB Team for a client wanting to have thier employees submit timehseets. They are finding the process very timeconsuming as they have to enter each day at a time. They generally work the same hours each week. Is it possible to copy timesheets from a previos period or if we did a roster can the employee overide/change the times on a published roster. What would be the best way to make this process easy and simple? Also for a Leave day the system is applying 7.36hrs instead of 8 - why would this be ? Hi We're new to timesheets and can not find the answer to what I think is probably a silly question but none the less we have the question. I am looking at setting up Timesheets for our Employees. I understand the concept & how to activate the timesheet preferences etc, however, we have several employees who are salaried & several who are timesheet-based with Overtime calculated separately. How does this work with a Payroll run? Last year we changed from AccountRight to Advanced. There were two weeks that I was running both side by side to ensure all issues had been resolved in Advanced. The STP's were submitted from Advanced. However the Super was sent through AccountRight as it had not been set up correctly in Advanced and we pay Super weekly.To ensure Payment Summaries are correct I need to delete the two weeks in AccountRight. It will only let me reverse the pay. When I click on the reverse it comes up the pay must be deleted due to timesheets attached. I have reversed the super payment hoping that would allow me to delete but it did not work. I have also deleted the payroll payment. Hi we usually use enter pays to enter all our data however I would like to start using import timesheets as well as enter pays. I have created a csv file for one of my batches imported it and printed it but how do I get it into my payroll. When I go to process pays none of the time sheet information is there.
