Hi there Is there a way to see what was still owed from customers at the end of a financial year? Some of the invoices were paid after the financial year had ended so they are now closed and I am not sure how to stop it from showing these payments that were paid after 31 March. Hi jenniek I have figured out it is because I am trying to process wages for a period earlier than april that I need to pay now. If I change the period date to april it will update but otherwise it just keeps giving me the error message. To work around it I changed the pay period date to april, updated the PAYE period into the new FY and then changed the pay period date back. Hi my payroll won't let me update the PAYE period into the new financial year. Is there something that I am supposed to do in order for it to update? Hi Steven_M Thanks for your quick reply. I did get another error message saying my software was not the version that was expected and that I still couldn't activate it. I then looked to see if there was an update available which it said my version was up to date (version 2019.1). I also tried the Register.bat link which told me none of my files existed even though I have been using Payroll on this computer. In the end I uninstalled Payroll and reinstalled it to find out there was actually a new version (2020.1) and it is finally working! Hi can someone please help me confirm my payroll file? I have been using it for almost 2 years and it's now telling me the confirmation code is invalid and my file is now in read-only mode. My hard drive failed in my computer so I have had to reinstall payroll and use a backup but go figure the backup has been made unusable AGAIN due to the confirmation code error. This is about the 3rd time this has happened with MYOB payroll in the last 2 years and it's now getting very irritating. Hi there Is there a way to change payroll from using decimals to using hours and minutes instead? Timesheets come in from my employees in hours and minutes and I have to convert every single day to get the decimal value to add into payroll timesheets and it is a little inconvenient.
