Changing times from decimals to hours and minutes

Hi there

Is there a way to change payroll from using decimals to using hours and minutes instead?

Timesheets come in from my employees in hours and minutes and I have to convert every single day to get the decimal value to add into payroll timesheets and it is a little inconvenient.

So just wondering if this is able to be changed like other payroll applications or am I stuck with the decimals?
