NZ Payroll (Desktop) is designed to use decimals to represent hours and minutes. For example, 0.5 is 30 minutes, 0.75 is 45 minutes...
To my knowledge, we don't have any immediate plans to update the functionality of the program to represent the use of hours and minutes directly instead of decimals.
