Interestingly enough, when we created another new item, it automatically populated the number of selling items field with an exaggerated amount. As it is not a field we ever touch, I am thinking it is some type of MYOB glitch that occurs in some instances. Appreciate your help and we have to just be mindful of that potential hiccup. Cheers, Chris Number of Items per Selling Unit Wrong Hi All, We have had a few anomalies with items where for some reason, the number of items per selling unit is way out. For example, a single gas cage is bought as 1 item per buying unit, and should be sold as 1 item per selling unit. However, for some inexplicable reason, the number of items per selling unit has been exaggerated to 68! As a result, the cost of sales for 1 selling unit is actually extrapolated out to 68 x 1 unit. This has happened a few times, and the work around is to delete the product entirely and start again. Any ideas on a better fix? Cheers, Chris Autobuild items to appear in analyse inventory report Hi, We run the analyse inventory report details stock on hand, on order, etc., but this report does not pick up the autobuild items that form part of the parent product. It only picks up the parent product, which is of no value as it is created from the autobuild items. As a result, we can get no information on stock on hand, on order, etc, for the items that make up the autobuild. Is there anyway to obtain this information? Thanks, Chris Re: Auto Build Items not showing as committed Hi Sharon, We too are trying to get a fix for this problem with regards to Autobuild Items not showing as committed rather than the product they form. I have looked back at previous posts over a year ago and the same problem was flagged back then. This makes it very difficult to manage inventory. Not sure if MYOB has done anything about it. Cheers, Chris
