I've had no problem with this working until I set up a new payroll category deduction for our last pay run and the new one, set up exactly as the old ones, isn't going through as pre-tax and the PAYG isn't being reduced. I assuming this is due to an upgrade as I haven't set up a new Deduction for Salary Sacrifice for at least 6 months. Insight on what's changed or where to look would be appreciated. Thanks SolvedRe: Salary Sacrifice not reducing PAYG Thanks Stone. This is the new step in the process. EOFY Payroll RFBA Section 57A error I'm trying to enter my Section 57A RFBA in EOFY Finalisation and it comes up with a "Something went wrong. Please try again or refresh the browser." I tried entering mulitples and go this error after refreshing, I tried one employee, got his saved and then tried one more and multiples and keep getting this error. I have tried this in a couple of different browsers with the same error. Any ideas on how to fix it? SolvedRe: Deselecting Wage Categories At The Beginning Of A New Financial Year G'day Would it be possible to create the ability to hide currently unused payroll categories like we do with Cards and Accounts? Hopefully we will never use JobKeeper categories again and it would be lovely to remove all of them, for instance, from the ever growing list of Payroll Categories, that I am a little suspicious secretly breeds between pay runs. If you can pass this recommendation on that would be great. Thanks. Re: Employee's YTD gross wages and super payments not showing up in STP EOFY verification report We had a similar problem and I had to unterminate (both on ATO and Employee Card) every single terminated employee for the FY (as we have paid Trial Days, there were heaps) and then run a zero payroll. If you have to do this, I suggest your print your ATO Termination list as it's a handy list of all your Termination Dates, before you start to unterminate. Very annoying, especially as they have changed Terminations to one at a time rather than in batches recently. My assumptions is that there a bug worked its way into the software with the changes to Terminations. Hopefully they fix it before next EOFY as it's costs me a lot of time both on the phone to call centre and unterminating and reterminating to fix this.
