(we have also used the old Click Yes back in the day) The solution was a registry tweak. However no solution forthcoming for this main issue of plain text, no signature emails as yet. Re: Emails being sent as plain text Hello Tracey_H , As Kraziel mentioned, our environments havent changed, MYOB has just stopped sending emails in the fashion it used to in these environments. Eg. previously you would "see" the Outlook integration occur, eg MYOB creating a new email and sending it, but now I am not seeing this, as if the sending process is happening in the background as opposed to in the foreground. I think something fundemental has changed with the process in a recent update. Eg I also started to get the Outlook automation prompt 'a program is trying to send email on your behalf' and you have to click 'ok' where as we were not seeing this before. How can we ping a MYOB moderator or tech support to get support on this? Re: Emails being sent as plain text Hi blakeb - nope no joy yet, and no response from MYOB that Ive seen. It seemed to oddly occaisionally work, but 99.9% of the time sent as plain text - definately needs to be caused by a recent update. Emails being sent as plain text I have a Windows 2019 Standard Remote Desktop environment, with MS Office 2019 and Accountright Server 2022.9 Im not sure if its just since the last update, but more often than not any emails sent from myob are now going as plain text (not HTML) and are missing the normal signature etc. I think previously you'd see Outlook pop up or a window flash as myob was creating and sending the email, but we're not seeing that now. I have tried reinstalling MYOB and checked the OS and MS Office are up to date, not sure what else to try or look for. MYOB support can you please advise? thanks
