Double entry and payment of invoices
Lately some of my team have been able to enter a supplier invoice into MYOB twice and then unfortunately I have then paid our supplier twice. I have checked our settings and we already have the box ticked to warn us of a duplicate invoice entry. I just tested it and it works for me but one of my team has just tried to enter and invoice a second time and has not received the warning. How can we stop this duplication from happening?Solved358Views0likes4Comments
