Hi Mary6, Thank you for the post! Currently, the AccountRight range doesn't have the ability to generate and file TFN declarations online. This is something that we are still looking into with the ATO, however, we don't have an official release date on that one. Thank you.

Hi BrookeG, Thank you for the post! Thank you for providing us with the screenshot. Generally that error comes when files are missing from the directory or permissions issue blocking access. Recommend if the .XLT files are not in the folder location, specified in the error message. Try reinstalling the AccountRight software. These files should be installed on reinstall. If they are in the folder, permissions or security might be blocking access. Thank you.

Hi Sandyj1960, Thank you for the post! If you are trying to change the account name as shown in the picture. You would be unable to do it as it is hard locked and no changes can be made. But if you are trying to change the account name as shown in the picture.You would be able to change and the bank feeds doesn't get affected. Thank you.

Hi Kangashoovians, Thank you for the post! This would mean the WPN cannot be used, I would suggest you contact the ATO to see if you can be issued a WPN# using the same format as mentioned by CloudMindAcc. The WPN format is an ATO dictated format and we're complying with the formatting they have posted for software developers. This is not something we can overrule. Thank you.
