When working with our Pay Super function, only a Pay Super Authoriser can make changes or update details. I have had a look at your details from my end and can see that in your case, the person with the email address mxxxxlle.cxxn@rfxxxxxrty.com.au is the Pay Super Authoriser. To answer your second question, it may be more complicated due to the tick box "Pay Directly from AccountRight". If you were to process super transactions manually (outside of AccountRight) then I would suggest that this would allow you to do so. However, I would recommend keeping this box ticked and using the Pay Super feature. I hope this has cleared things up for you.
