emailing invoice from accountright
HI I am having problems emailing invoices from accountright to a client that has an icloud address, there is a tick in send emails from accountright, but when i look in outlook it comes back as mail delivery failure , says A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. I am currently having problems with my password since the upgrade of 2023.1. Since changing it i cannot get back into my payroll keeps saying invalid password, so unless something happened when i added as a new one, i cannot reset it. Can you please advise how this can be done, as i have tried under administrator which had no password and i still cannot get into the programme to change the password.
