2023.1 payroll password

I am currently having problems with my password since the upgrade of 2023.1.  Since changing it i cannot get back into my payroll keeps saying invalid password, so unless something happened when i added as a new one, i cannot reset it.  Can you please advise how this can be done, as i have tried under administrator which had no password and i still cannot get into the programme to change the password.

 

You help would greatly be appreciated

    Hi tc4000 

    Thanks for your post.

    Upgrading the program does not alter any passwords on the file. 

    What we could do now is have someone with administrator rights check and correct the user access and administrator password on the file. They could also add Payroll to your user access.
