The problem now is that the online invoice still appears if the customer click on the link to the invoice which was originally sent to them. The invoice no longer exists in the MYOB AccountRight desktop application, but it is still accessible from the online invoice link. How can I delete the online invoice? How to delete an online invoice? I had a customer place an order and emailed through an invoice for payment via AccountRight. I have not heard back from the customer after multiple attempts contacting them, and we have redistributed the inventory that was committed to their order. I have deleted the sale from AccountRight but if I click on the link to the online invoice which the customer would have received via email, it is still active and accessible hours after the original invoice was deleted. I am concerned that this customer may click the link and pay the invoice, which is going to cause a headache now that the origianl sale has been deleted in AccountRight. Does anybody know how to delete the online invoice?
