Hi Troubled_Sue I actually neveruninstall previous versions. Hi Troubled Sue This I always find very confusing. What you have to do is log in to my.myob and download your compliance update from there. What I have to do on my computer is to then go into my Downloads File and install the update from there and in my case it appears on my desktop. I then use this new file on my desktop to upgrade my old file. I hope this is of some help. But I too find it very confusing you are are not alone. Hi there May I add to the above. A job that would have taken me a couple of hours and then some it only took me 15 minutes to produce the report and lodging the report on line.
