Save it then emailing it to your client by attaching to your outlook email. Re: MYOB Secure Invoicing Upgrade: update and Summary 11/03 I put in a request days ago to have a chat with someone about this verification for securing invoicing and I still haven't had anyone call me or email accept to say they received my support request. Yet I keep getting reminders that I have only 15 days to go to verify. Re: MYOB Secure Invoicing Upgrade: update and Summary 11/03 We have a client whose invoices may total approx 300,000 per month so the fee would be huge. Do you really think the client is going to pay an extra $5,400 plus 25c per invoice $75.00 for the invoices at 0.25c each. I really dont think the client would pay the sort of extortion. I started the verification process but I cant finish it due to the documents required. What happens. Can I still do the save to PDF and email??????? Re: Problem with linked account and prepare bank deposit Thank you Steven for the clarification. yes it is the main account so I will fix it now. I just wanted to make sure I wouldnt change anything else in the system. Thanks for your help. Helen Problem with linked account and prepare bank deposit I have a situation where due to not using Prepare bank deposit I havent noticed a problem but when I clicked into it on our accountright MYOB it has all the transactions for each month wether its from the sales or purchases and banking . So anything we paid for or recieved is noted in there. I have looked at the linked accounts and it's setup : Cheque Account Bank Bank account for undeposited funds. Does this mean that anything we have processed is just looking like its sitting inthe prepare banking. And if so how can I get rid of all the transactions including very old ones. Reconcilation and everything is working. Do I just set up a new account called Undeposit funds (in assets) and link that to the undeposited funds and if so does this effect all the transactions sitting there now once I unlink from the cheque account. Please note we never have undeposited funds generally speaking so that's why this hasnt been picked up. I took over from somebody else. Also another question in linked accounts - should historical balancing be linked to an equity account for historical balancing? or should it be Retained earnings linked to the equity account for historical balancing. Sorry but this is another thing I'm not sure of and need clarification. Solved
