When searching on how to fix this problem (this fund can no longer accept super payments), the error has been around since 2022. The super fund is already set up by MYOB so should this issue be resolved by now. Using previous response to this issue is it correct that I need to 1. Rename the existing Hesta fund for example Hesta Super* 2. Create a new Hesta Super using the same details 3. Link employees to new fund Will the new fund be corrected when I go back to pay superannation? Thanks Alice SolvedEntitlement Balance Out of balance Hi, I have recently re-instated an employee. The employee was full time & was paid out all of his entitlements when terminated. I have re-insated him as a casual as he was terminated in this FY. I notice that in his card he had entilements. The amounts are the same as the roll over entitlements from FY2021. (see attachment) After a looking at the Entitlement Balance Report(Detail) I discovered there is a difference of hours (see attached). Further investigation Entitlment balance(Detail) for August & September show a difference. (see attached) Can you please help with this. Thanks
