Authorisation to submit payroll via STP
Hi I process payroll for my employer and I'm going on holidays which means I need to set up another user to process the payroll. I have given them authorisation and it all works through to submitting the payroll to ATO where the User gets an error message saying they are not authorised for this. Hi Jem Thanks for your reply. Every time I make an adjustment - either Void Pay method or Adjust Card Balance method - it seems to affect both balances and I still get a variance. I need to just change the Card Balance to -5.72 so it agrees with the Hours from Pays balance of -5.72 which is the correct figure. I don't want the Hours from Pay figure to change at all. Hi When I run the Entitlement Balance [Detail] report for annual leave, the Card balance is different to the Hours from pays for one of our employees. The Hours from pays figure is correct so I need to adjust the Card balance. Can someone please advise how I can do this? Thanks.200Views0likes6Comments
